Sales Development Representative - F/M

Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing (webinars, trade shows, email campaigns, etc.) to identify new business opportunities
Proactively identify target accounts for ESKER and key stakeholders (C‑Level) independently
Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn using innovative approaches, leveraging—among other things—target account lists provided by marketing and sales teams
Understand and identify companies’ digital transformation challenges, uncover their pain points, and build long‑term relationships
Track and communicate your performance through regular reporting
Share feedback with marketing, sales, and your team to improve prospect communications and continuously refine understanding of their expectations

Your Profile
Comfortable with B2B prospecting for large accounts, ideally in the IT sector
A natural hunter: prospecting is second nature to you
Dynamic and ambitious, you’re committed to exceeding your goals and capable of building trust with prospects to achieve them
Confident on the phone
Organized and able to manage your tasks autonomously
Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong listening abilities that help you accurately identify prospect needs
Highly adaptable, with a strong interest in new technologies and a customer‑service mindset
Comfortable in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
