Sales Assistant - F/M
As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the sales teams and managing customer interactions, particularly during the pre‑sales phases. You will act as the interface between the sales representatives and internal teams (SDR, marketing, legal, security), as well as with prospects and customers. Your main objective will be to streamline processes and actively contribute to revenue growth.

Work closely with the Sales teams during pre‑sales phases, especially when responding to RFPs:
Task analysis and allocation
Organizing a kick‑off meeting with the sales representative
Identifying technical, administrative, and contractual requirements in collaboration with the sales representative
Coordinating task distribution
Manage regulatory aspects:
Organizing coordination meetings with technical, legal, and security teams
Handling regulatory and security topics with internal teams
Tracking internal contributions and following up to ensure deadlines are met
Prepare and follow up on proposals:
Supporting the creation of proposals and providing the appropriate documentation
Performing final checks on the submission
Archiving and ensuring document traceability
Tracking feedback and requests for clarification
Provide first‑level responses to customers on commercial and functional topics
Manage change requests (Change Orders) in coordination with project teams
Act as a liaison between support functions: marketing, legal, security, and technical teams
Ensure compliance with internal and commercial processes
Manage back‑office activities, particularly contract management within the CRM
Prepare and monitor customer quotes in collaboration with sales and finance teams
Contribute to achieving commercial targets by facilitating coordination across teams
Manage account plans and support ABM (Account‑Based Marketing) strategy
Ensure smooth coordination of marketing initiatives aimed at customers and sales teams
Your Profile
Experience as a Sales Assistant in a B2B environment (ideally in software or IT)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with office tools and CRM systems (Salesforce, SalesNav, HighSpot…)
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Fluent in Dutch and English
