Customer Success Advocate F/M
Esker is seeking a Customer Success Advocate responsible for managing customer relationships following the implementation of our solutions. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of 20+ customers, develop strong product expertise, and support clients in optimizing their use of Esker solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Manage and strengthen relationships with assigned accounts in alignment with the Customer Success Engagement Program.
Deliver a high‑quality customer experience that drives solution adoption, customer satisfaction, and improved NPS results.
Collaborate with Support and Professional Services teams to address customer needs and resolve issues.
Proactively gather and share customer feedback to enhance the customer experience, improve Esker products, and identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities.
Maintain in‑depth knowledge of Esker solutions and act as a trusted product expert for your assigned portfolio.
Conduct regular business reviews, monitor customer KPIs, and provide value‑driven reporting.
Work closely with global Customer Success teams to minimize churn and prevent account downsizing.

Your profile
Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of equivalent professional experience.
Strong professional communication skills; fluency in English and Dutch required, with French considered a plus.
Effective time‑management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a professional team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sufficient technical skills to perform basic configurations; knowledge of Power BI and AI tools is an advantage.
Proven ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
Strong customer and account management abilities, with a solution‑oriented and analytical mindset.
Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service, customer training, or account management.
Ability to travel to customer sites or to Esker’s headquarters in Lyon.
