Our future Technical Project Manager will be the primary contact for key clients, drive projects, and configure our solution to deliver real impact.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients on-site and remotely to capture functional and technical requirements.

• Design tailored Esker solutions, including user interfaces, reports, and workflows.

• Lead and oversee the development of Esker’s order-to-cash and purchase-to-pay solutions, from coding to testing.

• Troubleshoot configuration issues and ensure smooth implementation.

• Prepare and deliver clear documentation on solution configurations for clients.

• Perform solution installations and ensure proper setup.

• Provide ongoing technical support in partnership with sales, R&D, and technical support teams.

• Occasionally deliver on-site training to end users.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of relational databases (SAP, Oracle, DB2, SQL Server) and experience with JavaScript,

• Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in English and Dutch, with outstanding written and verbal communication.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within international teams.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

• Understanding of accounting and finance is a plus.
