Software Integration Consultant
Key responsibilities:
- Work with customers on-site and remotely to define their functional and technical requirements.
- Develop a technical design of the customized Esker solution based on the end-user interface, reports and workflow.
- Drive and supervise the development of Esker’s order-to-cash and purchase-to-pay solutions through coding and testing.
- Troubleshoot issues arising during the configuration process.
- Create and deliver documentation on the configuration of Esker’s solutions to customers.
- Perform the installation.
- Provide technical assistance to customers in collaboration with sales, R&D and technical support teams.
- Occasionally train end users on-site.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Software degree required.
- Knowledge of relational databases (SAP, Oracle, DB2 and SQL Server) and XML, JavaScript, ASP, C#.
- Customer service oriented.
- Fluent in English and in Dutch.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent oral and written presentation skills.
- Domestic and/or international travel required.
- Experience in SAP integration is a plus.
- Understanding of accounting and finance is a plus.
