Key responsibilities:

• Work with customers on-site and remotely to define their functional and technical requirements.
• Develop a technical design of the customized Esker solution based on the end-user interface, reports and workflow.
• Drive and supervise the development of Esker’s order-to-cash and purchase-to-pay solutions through coding and testing.
• Troubleshoot issues arising during the configuration process.
• Create and deliver documentation on the configuration of Esker’s solutions to customers.
• Perform the installation.
• Provide technical assistance to customers in collaboration with sales, R&D and technical support teams.
• Occasionally train end users on-site.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Software degree required.
• Knowledge of relational databases (SAP, Oracle, DB2 and SQL Server) and XML, JavaScript, ASP, C#.
• Customer service oriented.
• Fluent in English and in Dutch.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent oral and written presentation skills.
• Domestic and/or international travel required.
• Experience in SAP integration is a plus.
• Understanding of accounting and finance is a plus.
